D.I.Y.

If working out at your own pace is more your style then D.I.Y. is the program for you. D.I.Y. workouts are programmed and implemented by a certified trainer, who is there to assist you or guide you through your workout if needed. D.I.Y. uses the same fitness principles as the other programs but may be easily modified to fit the individual and their fitness needs. D.I.Y. is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays on a drop in basis from 5:00am to 7:00pm, as well as Saturdays at 8:00am in the form of “Power Hour”, which is a Strength Training based workout in a group personal training session.
